PLEASE do not call the number attached to the salon! If you don’t see an appointment available it is most likely because there is no availability! My social media platforms will always have information in my bio about booking and when my books open! I please ask that you do not show up to my location or try and call for an appointment, if there is availability it will appear online. No shows - you will be charged:) please be respectful and communicate with me before hand if you will not be showing up! I only service curly/textured hair, I am NOT taking clients who have straight hair at this time. Before messaging me with questions please try to answer them yourself by going through my instagram page and stories! I try and make it as straight forward and easy as possible💚💚
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. This is for cancellations only, if you reschedule within 48 hours you will NOT be charged the cancellation fee! If you are sick please reach out to me to get rescheduled, if you show up to your appointment sick you will be asked to leave. If you reschedule last minute more than once without contacting me you may be asked to pay a higher deposit. If you reschedule same day (24hrs) without contacting me first you may be charged a fee.
